StoneBridge Beef has fresh quarters, halves and whole animals available. We are currently processing 3 times per month. Other products like Burger Packs and limited quantities of individual cuts, soup bones, and organ meats are available as well. We try to maintain our normal 2 to 4 week lead time, but with surges in demand becoming more frequent, lead time can now be up to 2 months, particularly for specific products like bulk ground beef.
